The 2013 Digital Asia Conference: The Orient Rising is a project of Globaltronics, Inc., the Outdoor Advertising Association of the Philippines (OAAP), the Advertising Board of the Philippines (ADBOARD) and the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO). The first ever DIGITAL ASIA CONFERENCE brings together global and local digital media experts who have made their mark in digital out-of-home industry and who continue to shape the world with their landmark achievements. Hon. Herminio B. Coloma, Jr. current Secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Supervises all major government public communication and mass media organizations,including Philippine Information Agency, Philippine Broadcast Service, Government Television Network, Philippine News Agency and National Printing Office. Responsible for linking Office of the President with all private mass media organizations. He joined the administration of President Corazon Aquino in 1989 as Undersecretary at the Department of Agrarian Reform to then Secretary Miriam Defensor Santiago. He then transferred to the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) where he supervised the land transportation sector. In December 1990, he was appointed Head of the Presidential Management Staff and Cabinet Secretary while also serving as Deputy Executive Secretary.

Jay Bautista is the Managing Director of Envelope Digital Media, Inc., He is also the Director of the Marketing and Opinion Research Society of the Philippines wherein he was also the past President. He is also the Director of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP).


Rob Fowler has a unique perspective on global brand development. Having spent most of his career in the IT sector, he has been responsible for the introduction of many brands in to new markets around the world, having taken a famous networking company in to Europe and storage companies in to a global sphere. He has experience working for both manufacturing and distribution segments and has tailored his strategy for business development to be beneficial to all parties involved. Since joining Philips in 2010 he has helped grow the sales of commercial displays, with new channels set up all across the region, and year on year sales increase of over 100%. Additionally, Rob has been involved - to some extent - in a sales, marketing and product management capacity for almost 20 years and his passion for learning new things is unsurpassed. He has lived in Europe, Asia and the US, and expertly tailors his sales strategy around the subtle yet important differences in each market. He calls it globalisation through localisation.


Media and Advertising management executive with over 25 years of experience in account and media management and operations, corporate negotiations, sales and marketing, and events. Recently formed his own company, ClearSight Media Solutions Inc., in partnership with Digital Content Technologies of Singapore and Quividi in Paris, leader in Digital OOH Audience Measurement. Through this collaboration, ClearSight now makes available in the Philippines a revolutionary technology in automated audience measurement that will address the industry's need for more solid and reliable audience metrics. This groundbreaking audience measurement technology yields data and reports that provide a scientific reading of the real impact of Out-of-Home advertising and help us understand consumers even better.


GM and CTO of YEESO Advertising & Media Co., Ltd. Founder of mobile LED advertising vehicles, and R&D engineer of the first generation mobile LED advertising vehicles. In 2006, Eric made the first mobile LED vehicle in the world. He promoted and upgraded the first generation products from 2007 to 2008, and has developed more than 20 types of LED vehicles in 7 series according to different customers' requirements, involving advertising, education, tourism, transportation, fire control, exhibition and other various industries. He also provided solutions for presidential election vehicle for many countries, such as America, Nigeria, Armenia, etc.


Marketing director of Shanghai Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Rebecca has engaged in international market promotions and sales for LED displays & mobile LED vehicles for many years. She creates the definition of "mobile LED advertising vehicles" and spreads this innovative advertising mode to the global market. Rebecca proposes to turn the traditional LED displays into a work of digital equipment art, which makes her a very important person in the creative LED display industry.


An electronic engineer with strong experience in sales and marketing (Emerson). Founder of Sisomo, a new media agency with focus on cross-channel engagement and strong tech flavour. Pioneer in the Italian DOOH space with project for clients such as Henkel, Ricoh, Angelini, Tod's. He invented the World's First Proof-of-Display device that aggregates the massive data fed by the Taggalo Sensors in seconds and provide network operators and DOOH media buyers with a compelling and actionable real-time analytics.


Jeff has been in the online industry since 2004. He has been involved in over a 100 digital initiatives and had won recognition/awards for digital campaigns for Marlboro, 7Eleven, Sunsilk, and Clear. He was the pioneering creative in New Media Worldwide, before he moved to do account servicing for this multinational company. He was a media manager in Admax Philippines, after which he co-founded NuWorks Interactive Labs Inc., a premier innovation-led digital agency that excels in creative.


Pankaj Goswami is a veteran in the digital publishing industry with many years of International sales & marketing experience with leading global companies like Xerox, Scitex and Hewlett Packard. After a successful professional career of over 20 years in many locations, he teamed up with a few industry experts to start a boutique IT consulting and services company - Kshobha Pte Ltd which specializes in sales and marketing production enablement for large companies. Kshobha's services includes auditing existing process within companies for sales & advertising production, identifying gaps in the supply chain process to meet stringent marketing needs, recommendation and implementation of marketing asset management and enterprise level solutions which automates the process of planning, creating, adapting and delivering multi media print and digital production services for sales, marketing and advertising collaterals. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India and has done an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
